Improvement works on the area surrounding Kylymarka are currently underway. At the beginning of 2025, the Kosiv City Council received a balance payment within the framework of the cross-border project “The World of Carpathian Rosettes — Measures to Preserve the Uniqueness of Carpathian Culture.” This funding made it possible to begin spatial planning of the area around the cultural and creative hub.

Consistent cooperation between the project team and the city council, along with co-financing from the local budget, makes it possible to implement part of the large-scale concept for zoning and modern development of the Cultural and Creative Center already this year.

And the most exciting part — in just two weeks, the “Warm Bazaar” will welcome visitors to the renewed area, where comfort will meet history, and modern urban design will go hand in hand with respect for the cultural heritage of the Kosiv region.
