In Kosiv, the brand and visual identity of the Kylymarka Cultural and Creative Space — the Center of Carpathian Culture were unveiled during the final event of the project “Promotion of the Center of Carpathian Culture in Kosiv for the Development of Creative Industries.” The project was implemented in the Kosiv City Territorial Community with the support of the British Council Ukraine’s grant program for the development of the creative economy. During the event, the brand and visual identity of the Kylymarka Cultural and Creative Space were officially presented
Over nine months of project work, the team focused on combining the authentic heritage of Hutsulshchyna with a contemporary vision of creativity and entrepreneurship. The arches preserved as the main architectural element of the former carpet factory building became the foundation of the visual concept and design system for the Kylymarka Center of Carpathian Culture in Kosiv.
The project’s implementation marked an important step toward the full launch of a modern cultural and creative space within the Kosiv City Territorial Community. We believe that the new visual identity and digital presence will help attract resources more quickly to complete the building’s reconstruction and open the doors of Kylymarka to everyone who creates and values Carpathian crafts, traditions, and culture.
